We are Building Blocks Academy, serving the Contra Costa area of California. With over seven years of teaching experience, our mission is to support students in building a solid academic and behavioral foundation.
Our founder, Mrs. Amanda Gilreath, has spent the previous five years as an Education Specialist for grades kinder to fifth grade in the Aspire Public School District.
Mrs. Gilreath’s credentials include the following:
- Education Specialist
- Mild to Moderate Authorization
- Moderate to Severe Authorization
- Autism Authorization
Prior to being a full time teacher with Aspire Public School District, Mrs. Gilreath was a substitute teacher for grades kinder through 12th in various districts around the Central Valley.
